Awesome Updates! Pt 2

As we have come to the site we have learned more and more from the naruto manga and as with that we must adapt to such conditions as we must be a good little site, i will now announce the changes.

Added Sai, Yamato, and Juugo to cannon characters

Reworked the Sennin clan to incorperate the appropriate jutsu for the clan as well as update on the bodies

Added request section, request rules to be added.

I am now back and due to the increasing number of konoha ninja, the village of konohagakure is now closed off until the other villages are evened out, as is the akatsuki. Thank you come again.
