Peace? or no peace, that is the question

Nina had had a busy day, training within the traing grounds and came back into the village, giving herself a break. She was minding her business that whole day, making somepeople curious... That was until she bumped into some.

"Watch out" Said the person. "Well, maybe you sould keep your eyes for someone else then." She said, givng off some of her sarcasm, her green eyes narrowing in anger up at the Kayel.

It was a peaceful day in Hiroshima, something that had become a norm as of late. On top of being peaceful, the day was also slow and Morgia had been siting within her office without much work to do. So after a while she decided that it might be a good idea to check up on her husband or maybe even her son.

She made her way down one of the more busy streets of the village. Everyone seemed in good spirits, and who wouldn't be? It was a beautiful day. There were very few clouds in the sky and a soft breeze blew through the air. She smiled as one of the villagers greeted her as she passed by. Everything seemed in perfect harmony, but Morgia had discovered in her past that it was on days like this that the entire world could fall out from under you.

"Watch out."

"Well, maybe you should keep your eyes for someone else then."

It was almost on cue. Morgia turned her head toward the sound of the disturbance. She recognized the second voice. Nina stood next to a man the kage had never seen before. He had to have been some sort of traveler. There was something about him that gave Morgia a sudden chill. She made her way over to the two.

"Is there something wrong?" she asked, already knowing the answer to the question.

Kayel looked up with a smug look on his face. He looked at the little girl that told him to pretty much to looked out for where he is going. His eyes narrowed and looked into hers. His one good eye scanned her from head to toe. His blind one, well, followed the same motion but couldnt see. He started laughing at her, the attitude she displayed tickled his fancy. He looked at her then to the other woman that came up to them. His mind went blank then he tried to keep to himself. Kayel looked back to the smallish girl withe a most devious look.

"Yes, this little brat, knocked into. Im feeling surprisingly generous right now,but she keeps that 'tude i might have to get rid of it for her. You gettin what im saying"

Nina's eyes narrowed more, as she started to frown. Ok Nina, keep calm. She told herself. "Apparently I'm not the only one with an attitude." Nina said, crossing her arms and looking away from both of them. There was something about the man that she disliked and that made her squirm where she stood at... Something that wasn't kind about him. Or normal... Her lips thinned out.

Morgia's eyebrows lowered. This guy, she though. There was something about the man, something not right. All that she could tell was that he was no ordinary person. An ninja? No. This man wasn't from Hiroshima and something in Morgia told her that he wasn't from Nagasaki. This man was too....different, to cold. A missing nin? A posiblity. She would have to check the bingo books later.

"Well, I'm sure it was all an accident," she said to both of them equally.

The last comment by the man troubled her, and she believed that it would be best if he left the village. Still, in the crowded streets, she didn't want to try anything.

Kayel grinned to the little ninja then looked back up to the other lady. He chuckled a bit evilly as he turned and started to walk away. He got to thinking, he could have fun with the older woman. He turned back to her and smirked before dashing and broke the ground beneath him. For now he's not going to destroy much but try to stir up some excitement. Kayel jumped onto a building and kept running, hoping the woman was following him.

(Morgia, your turn)

At first, Morgia didn't move. She needed to think. It was obvious this man wanted her to chase him, perhaps this was a trap of some sort, but if she didn't follow him he could cause a lot of damage to the village. Who is this guy?

"Nina, stay here," she said before running after the man. She kept a somewhat slow pace, following but not staying a distance behind. If this was some sort of trap, she would need to stay on her toes. Whoever this man was, he was dangerous and powerful. If some sort of fight was to happen, she would need to lead him out of the village. There were too many people that could get in the way. To many innocent lives that could be destroyed. As kage she needed to protect all of them.

Kayel turned his head around and saw the woman finally chasing him. A chuckle escaped his lips and he took a sharp turn, making part of the building he was on crack and crumble a little. his bloody hair swayed and rushed around behind him as he ran. Each stuff was soundless, only dust stood where he stepped every so building. His dashing caused that dust to flare and make more and more dust covering up his tracks a little. He chuckled more as he slowed down a bit. Kayel was on a hotel like building, laughing more as he waited for her to catch up to him.

"So... much... fun"

Morgia never lost sight of him as they ran. When he turned, she jumped an landed on the nearby buildings. She continued the chase at the same pace from her higher view point. She knew this village well, and that gave her the home town advantage. Questions ran through her head. Who was he? Why was he in her village? What was he planing?

She slowed to fast walk when she saw him stop on top of one of the buildings. She approached cautiously, ready to unsheathe her sword at any time. She came to a stop two buildings away. She waited and watched him for a few moments. What could she say to this man? She decided to wait and see what he would do next.

Kayel stared at her with a grin. He brushed his hair out of his face with his left hand and laughed a bit. He couldn't hold it in, this just tickled his fancy. Kay looked down and back up, he was getting a good look at her. Thoughts rushed through his mind, they only made him grin more. He made a few steps towards her and changed his grin into a gentle smile. Maybe the gentle smile would lower her guards enough so he could get close to her to do anything.

"That was fun, wouldnt you say? And you know i didnt catch your name.... what is it?"

This man was beginning to puzzle her. Fun? Was this some sort of game to him? And the look on his face had changed as well. She didn't move as he came closer to her. She stood her ground, ready for anything he might attempt. She had no idea what he could be planing, but whatever it was it couldn't be good.

"It's polite to give your name before asking for another's," Morgia said in a calm voice when he asked her name.

Kayel sighed and laughed about the idea of being polite. That's not his style and why should he start now if he hadn't before? He took a few more steps towards her til he was right in front of the woman. He noticed she was ready to draw her sword, this gave him some excitement but can't have too much fun in one day right? Kay was neither wearing his armor nor had his own sword with him. his mouth opened ready to speak and he thought, should he use his real name? or some fake one? He decided on a fake name to be.

"My name is usegi miato..... now yours?"

Kayel snickered to himself and finished his hand seals for his next justsu. From the bottoms of the shadow area arises a huge forest of tree’s. Even though the tree’s are in the shadows, they are as hard and much like real tree’s. Only difference is that they have black leaves and a dark color gray for a trunk. The tree’s Radiate a light that brightens the area for the target can see. Kay knew this would level the playing field for her somewhat but he just wanted to toy with her, nothing too harmful.

"How bout now?"
